SPECS:

Barrel: Springfield, marked “SA F6535448 2 54” in op rod slot with “P” and punch mark, and other misc letters. The bore is bright, crown good. CMP tag says ME 1 TE 3+ however it measures less than 1 and right at 3 on our (CMP) gauges. Chamber is not in the white, meaning it was reparkerized with the receiver in 64.

Rear sight: T105 postwar type

Bolt: Winchester, marked D28287-1 W.R.A.

Trigger Housing: Winchester, marked D28290 W. R. A.

Birch stock is arsenal replacement with no markings. No cracks, far fewer than average dings and gouges. Handguards are also birch, same condition as the stock.

Bench test of timing and op rod function is excellent. We will lubricate and test fire the rifle if the buyer wants this done.
