Winchester Model 94 lever action rifle, caliber .30-30. This one is unique and somewhat rare, as the serial number has an "X" suffix. Winchester added the suffix at the factory when it mistakenly duplicated a serial number. That didn't happen all that often, and duplicate serial number guns don't often come up for sale. This is a pre-64 model, with the serial number dating to 1962.  

Overall condition is excellent. This is a very clean gun with just a few light scratches and minor dings on the wood. Bluing is very nice, with no pitting and only a few light scratches on the metal. Bore is bright and shiny with sharp riflings. The lever action is smooth.

Like all Model 94s, this gun has a 20 inch blued barrel with fixed front and notch rear sights. Sling swivels have been added. Tube magazine holds 7 rounds.
