Springfield Armory M1 Garand. Serial number 3878580, dates
to late 1945. The receiver markings indicate a 1965 rebuild at Letterkenny Army Depot. Barrel is Springfield dated June 1965 with a perfect bore. No import
marks. The Garand has a new commercial walnut stock. This rifle is in excellent+
used condition, and does not appear to have been used after the rebuild. See

Two M1 enbloc clips (no ammo) and a repro sling are
included. Rifle will ship in a foam lined hard case.

marked “D 28291 35” on leg, heat lot B42B, also hand engraved “LEAD 10-65” on
leg, indicating Letterkenny rebuild. Excellent condition, new condition finish.
· Barrel:
marked “D6535448 6 65 BU19” in op rod slot, with “P”, “M”, and small stars and
eagle. Bore is bright like new (it is), external finish perfect other than
indication of a few op rod cycles.
· Measures 1 at muzzle, 2 at throat.
