Springfield Armory M1 Garand, .30-06, with Danish VAR barrel. This M1 is a mixed parts rebuild, with a WW2 era receiver dating to 1943. No import marks. The barrel dated 11-66 gauges .5 at both the throat and muzzle, and has a bright shiny bore. Other marked parts are noted below. The stock is a commercial replacement in excellent condition. The stock has some reproduction proofmarks, these are not authentic military markings and were likely added on by the previous owner.
The rifle has been cleaned and test fired. It functions perfectly, cycling through a clip with no issues, ejecting the clip at the end.
A manual, sling and two M1 enbloc clips (no ammo) are included.
