Springfield Armory M1 Garand 5850xxx, manufactured app. 1955. SA 3-55 barrel with bright bore. No import marks. This rifle is in excellent used condition. All parts appear to be original, with original finish and no pitting. This is a nice collector rifle, although there is no reason not to shoot it, parts are in nearly new condition, and it will last for many 1000s of rounds if the buyer shoots it extensively. See the photos of barrel gas port and op rod piston condition, which indicate very little use.
The rifle has been disassembled, cleaned, lubricated, and test fired. Parts were clean for photos, coated with oil and greased where appropriate when reassembled.
Two M1 enbloc clips (no ammo) and sling are included.
