Beautiful 1950s era Springfield Armory M1 Garand. Serial number 4353xxx, manufactured
about 1953. SA 12-53 barrel with bright bore. No import marks.
This M1 is in excellent used condition. It has a new figured walnut stock and
handguards with grain-filled high gloss finish. All metal parts
except springs have been refinished. No parts were ever pitted, but the finish
was worn and provided no corrosion protection. HRA bolt and trigger group,
early WWII gas cylinder. Parts photos are after metal refinish and before
assembly. After assembly and test, there will be some normal minor finish wear
from op rod and bolt cycling.
Accessories included: M1 sling (canvas repro) and two M1
enbloc clips (no ammo). Rifle will ship in a foam lined hard case.
