Springfield Armory M1 Garand, 1950s production, in a new
gray laminate stock. Serial number 4255204 dates to about 1953. Barrel is Springfield
dated 6-53 with a bright bore. No import marks.
This Garand is in excellent used condition. All metal
parts except springs have been freshly reparkerized. No parts were ever pitted,
but the finish was very worn and provided no corrosion protection. Parts photos
are after refinish and before assembly. After assembly and test, there will be
some normal minor finish wear from op rod and bolt cycling.
The gun has been test fired and operates perfectly,
cycling through a full clip, ejecting the clip at the end.
Accessories included: 2 M1
Enbloc Clips (no ammo) and a new black canvas sling.
