Springfield Armory M1 Garand, originally sold through the Civilian Marksmanship Program in 2022 as an Expert Grade rifle. Caliber .30-06, barrel is new Criterion. The receiver serial number 999469 dates to WW2. All other marked metal parts are Springfield, a detailed list appears below. The stock is new. We applied a oil finish vastly improving the appearance of the stock, as these come from the CMP with unfinished wood.
The rifle is in perfect working order. The CMP Certificate of Authenticity is included, along with the original blue hang tag and manual. The rifle will ship in a CMP molded hard case.

Stock: New, commericial walnut with CMP cartouche. A very nice grain filled finish was
applied since the stock and handguards come unfinished
other than maybe a quick stain. We used our own oil sanding method first to
fill the grain, then multiple satin clear coats for a vastly improved
appearance.
