Inland Manufacturing, LLC is proud to introduce the re-production of the M1 Carbine built by the original Inland Division of General Motors during World War Two.
The M1 1944 carbine features many of the same characteristics of the original Inland carbines. This model is designed for states with magazine and/or bayonet lug restrictions. It has a type 2 barrel band, adjustable rear sights, push button safety, round bolt, "low wood" walnut stock, and a 10-round magazine.
The barrel is precision bored with a 4 groove 1 in 20” twist rate which provides great performance with the lighter projectiles commonly found with .30 Carbine ammunition.
While all primary functioning components and the stock are new, they are interchangeable with the original GI M1 carbines. The only exception is the oiler, which is military surplus.
Inland has paid great attention to detail on these carbines, making them look very close to the originals. These guns are a nice alternative to higher priced and hard to find original USGI models.
We test fired one of these new carbines and they shoot great, as you can see in our video.
New in the box. 1 year warranty. Made in USA.
